GRABBYS Events Limited (GEL) – Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply when you reserve a room at Socialtel through the GRABBYS website and when you purchase tickets, packages, or other services through GRABBYS Events Limited (“GEL”).

By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs, together with any applicable hotel terms and conditions. GEL reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time; the version applicable to your booking will be those in place on the date of your reservation.

1. Reservations

Reservations at Socialtel are made through the GRABBYS website.
By completing a reservation, you agree to both these T&Cs and any applicable terms and conditions of Socialtel. In the event of any conflict between Socialtel’s terms and GEL’s terms, GEL reserves the right to determine which shall apply.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation or stay at the hotel.

Payment details must be provided to secure your reservation. Payments are processed through GEL’s designated payment processor.

A booking confirmation will be issued by email following successful payment. The contract for your room is formed upon receipt of this confirmation.

Mandatory Dates: All reservations must include the core nights. If your reservation does not include these dates, you will be notified and given the opportunity to amend your booking. GEL reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations that do not comply with this requirement.

2. Room Prices

GEL adopts dynamic pricing and room rates may fluctuate based on demand.
Prices are per room, per night (or per package) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Breakfast is included for each registered guest on every morning of your stay unless otherwise specified. Additional hotel services and amenities are not included unless expressly stated.

3. Occupancy

• Standard (Estandar), Twin (Twin Dos), Premium & Suite: Maximum 2 adults

Room occupancy is non-transferable.

4. Accessibility & Special Requests

Accessible rooms may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Special requests will be considered wherever possible but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact info@grabbysevents.com regarding any accessibility requirements or special requests.

5. Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking.
Cash, personal cheques, and discount cards are not accepted.

6. Cancellation

By You: All reservations are non-refundable.

By Us: GEL may cancel your reservation immediately if:

• Payment is not made as required;

• You breach these T&Cs;

• An event outside our reasonable control prevents fulfilment of the reservation, including but not limited to industrial action, fire, flood, severe weather, power failure, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or similar force majeure events.

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, GEL will provide confirmation of cancellation to support any travel insurance claim. Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance.

7. Arrival & Departure

• Check-in: From 15:00

• Check-out: By 11:00

Guests must present valid government-issued photo identification upon arrival.
